MCALLEN, RGV – Houston EB5 is showing support for the Empresario RGV group.
The Empresario group, also known as Bi-COOLtural, held a meet and greet where 47 members of the group from across South Texas met at NIU in McAllen.
The event was hosted by Jesus and Rosario Gonzalez, owners of NIU, who have become leaders in the community. The Mexican Consul in McAllen, Eduardo Bernal Martinez, was in attendance to show his support for the group as well.

Mark Hanna, South Texas representative for Houston EB5, is assisting foreign nationals in South Texas. “Our goal in South Texas is to give families an opportunity to locate in the Rio Grande Valley and have a solid EB5 investment. The EB5 program allows families to work, attend school and travel back and forth to Mexico as needed,” Hanna said.
