DONNA, RGV – The City of Donna has honored the latest resident to reach 100 years.
Angela Cuellar Peña was presented with a framed Proclamation by Mayor Irene Muñoz and congratulated by the entire city commission.
Donna’s motto is “The City with a Heart, in the Heart of the Valley.”
