I hope this email finds you doing well and that you are enjoying the cool weather. Today is the first day of Early Voting and here at AACT, we have begun our Get-Out-The-Vote efforts for the 2018 Mid Term Elections.
It is still true that during Mid Term elections, only 2 out of 10 people vote in the RGV. Therefore, it’s up to us to make sure that our community with more than 600,000 registered voters in the RGV exercise their right to vote this November. We ask that you help us like you always do to encourage your students, employees, and families to vote in the 2018 Mid Term Elections.
To help with this, AACT has released a new Get-Out-The-Vote Social Media Toolkit and Tool Box. In them, you will find sample e-mails and social media posts that you can incorporate within your own marketing campaign. We also updated our website with polling locations and sample ballots.
