ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids will be received by Tres Lagos Public Improvement District (hereinafter called owner) c/o Melden and Hunt, Inc., 115 W. Mcintyre St., Edinburg, Texas 78541. Bids will be received at the offices of Melden and Hunt, Inc., until 3:00 PM, Thursday, February 11, 2016, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Bid, Forms of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following:
Melden and Hunt, Inc., 115 W. Mcintyre St., Edinburg, Texas 78541 Valley branches of AGC;
Copies may be obtained at the office of Melden and Hunt, Inc. located at 1 15 West Mcintyre, Edinburg, Texas 78541 upon payment of $325.00 per set with no refund.
The Owner reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids and to waive any or all fonnalities or technicalities, or to accept the bid considered the best and most advantageous to the Owner and to hold the bids for a period of sixty (60) days without taking action thereon.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions for Bidders.
Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and mini mum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
A Pre-bid Conference will be held January 28, 2016 at 10:00 am at the offices of Melden and Hunt, Inc. 115 W. Mcintyre St., Edinburg, Texas 78541. All prospective bidders are encouraged to be in attendance.

Deadline for all questions of a technical nature is Thursday, February 4, 2016.
